1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Use of Services
(a) You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Aerovolt’s systems or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
(b) You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update such information as necessary.
(c) You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
(d) Aerovolt reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect the integrity and security of its platform.
(e) Any unauthorized use of the Services may result in suspension or termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
(a) All content, materials, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Aerovolt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
(b) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended purpose.

(d) Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Aerovolt may be used without obligation or compensation to you.
(e) Unauthorized use of Aerovolt’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

(a) By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Aerovolt may collect, process, and store certain personal and operational data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
